Refund policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

⚠️ Due to the nature of baby products, we do NOT accept returns for change of mind.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed products
  • Opened baby essentials (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or discounted items

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Email
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the issue
  3. Wait for confirmation before sending the item back

4. Return Process

  • Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the item
  • In some cases, we may arrange a pickup (depending on location)
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, you will receive:
    • A replacement item, OR
    • A full refund

Refunds will be processed via:

  • Original payment method OR
  • Bank transfer (if applicable)

Processing time: 3–7 working days


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item):
    👉 We cover all shipping costs
  • If not (rare exceptions):
    👉 Customer may need to cover return shipping

If you haven’t received your refund:
