Refund policy
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
⚠️ Due to the nature of baby products, we do NOT accept returns for change of mind.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or washed products
- Opened baby essentials (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please:
- Contact us via WhatsApp / Email
- Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Wait for confirmation before sending the item back
4. Return Process
- Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the item
- In some cases, we may arrange a pickup (depending on location)
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, you will receive:
- A replacement item, OR
- A full refund
Refunds will be processed via:
- Original payment method OR
- Bank transfer (if applicable)
Processing time: 3–7 working days
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item):
