1. Overview

This website is operated by Ava & Arlo. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products

We sell baby and kids-related products. All product descriptions and images are made as accurate as possible, but slight variations (color, size, packaging) may occur.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., stock issues, pricing errors, suspicious activity).
If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payments

We accept secure online payments (cards, payment gateways like PayHere, etc.) and/or cash on delivery (if applicable).

6. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy (see below).

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos).
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns for change of mind (due to hygiene reasons for baby products).
