1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Time (Sri Lanka)

Colombo & suburbs: 2–3 working days
Other areas: 2–5 working days

3. Shipping Charges

Flat rate or calculated at checkout (you decide based on your model)
Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount (optional—good for marketing)

4. Cash on Delivery

Available in selected areas
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
Repeated failed deliveries may result in restriction of COD option

5. Order Tracking

Customers will be notified once the order is shipped. Tracking details will be shared if available.

6. Delays

High order volumes

7. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing:

Contact us within 48 hours
Provide photos for verification
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
